WayKnox respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

What we host

WayKnox does not host, store, or distribute software files. We provide informational listings and direct links to official project pages maintained by their respective authors. If content on our site — such as a description or screenshot — infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice.

Filing a notice

To submit a DMCA takedown request, please include the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The exact URL(s) on WayKnox where the infringing material appears.
3. Your name, email address, and phone number.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact information and a statement of your good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the content within 10 business days unless we receive notice of a legal action.
